Sallem is a manager with RMI’s Energy Transition Academy, an initiative of the Global South program. She works to support sub-Saharan African partners in achieving their energy transition goals.
Background
Before joining RMI, Sallem worked as a policy specialist for the United Nations Development Programme. She has previous experience working with international organizations, the private sector, governments, and donors in areas such as inclusive development, poverty reduction, and access to finance. Sallem is a 2022 Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) fellow.
