Carina is an associate with RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity team. She conducts research on and analyzes the utility business model and regulatory reform issues, with a specific focus on distributed energy resources and energy efficiency.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Carina worked under former Congressman Henry Waxman at Waxman Strategies, providing policy research and communications support to clean technology companies in the renewable energy and electrification space.
Before that, she managed digital communications and cybersecurity for Congresswoman Kendra Horn’s re-election campaign in Oklahoma.
